That was done deliberately by colleagues who are not part of my caucus here, just making sure we can make this as humane as possible for one another. That does speak to the camaraderie that exists. I want to address Mr. Badawey directly, because he was the one who generously did it, for exactly that reason, and made that clear. I wanted to say how impressed I was, in response to Mr. Badawey, because first of all he kept his word to me. He wasn't going to jerk around, grab the floor, and do things with it that we don't normally do when we don't have the floor in our own right. He kept his word to me.
Then, Mr. Badawey, you managed to get two great hits in about local, covered off your schedule for the weekend—magnificent stuff—managed to score a government talking point on the way, and ended up back where you began, talking about the local. When I heard you were a mayor, it suddenly made a whole lot of sense. You're going to do really well here.
