Ms. Turnbull, are you convinced that the last place of residence should determine the riding allocated to voters voting abroad? Shouldn't other solutions be found? For example, could we instead use the place of birth of voters who have been living abroad for a very long time? What mechanisms could be put in place to stop a diaspora organization, for example, from targeting a too-close-to-call riding and concentrating votes there for partisan purposes?
