To your knowledge, would any department be able to get a little more information? I'm thinking in particular of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, when passports are issued, or the Canada Revenue Agency, for those who file tax returns. Is there a place where this information is more accessible to Canadians residing abroad?
