It kind of depends on the laws and procedures for voting abroad. For example, some countries offer the option to vote in person, but we don't. We might tell them how to arrange it in Canada. However, as I mentioned at the beginning of my presentation, we're not responsible for helping other countries that want to offer in-person voting here in Canada.
