However, in an answer to an undertaking you subsequently provided to the committee, you indicated that the report or the complaint had, in fact, been transferred to the commissioner of Canada elections sometime between July 31 and August 11, so there is an inconsistency or a discrepancy between what you first said—that it wasn't physically transferred—and your later undertaking that it, in fact, was transferred to the commissioner of Canada elections.
