I want to tie this back to the study of the day, which is civic resilience. I think it is a disturbing stat that more than half of Canadians don't have confidence in this important democratic institution.
What does that do to our sense of community and our sense of civic resilience? I know these policies are well intentioned, but maybe they don't work out the way they were intended.
