You've had an amazing challenge in front of you and you've heard from very compelling witnesses over the past year. I think you should be commended for the amazing work you've done on this file and on this bill.

I think it's appropriate for all of us to recognize the work that has been done by all of the witnesses who've come forward to you. I would just say bravo!
