I would like to welcome the witnesses and thank them very much.
Ms. Dorval, I'm going to kind of pick up where Mr. Simard left off earlier when he talked about aluminum smelters and processors.
Earlier, you said that you were there for viable steel and aluminum businesses. We're currently in a period of considerable instability. Mr. Simard alluded to this earlier. In principle, it's not the large aluminum smelters that have needs, but rather the processors. You also said earlier that it was mainly processors and manufacturers who were affected by the tariffs currently imposed in Canada.
I'd like to know what you meant by “viable businesses”. You help businesses either through loans or working capital financing, as you stated earlier. I'd like to explore this question a little further.
