I'm not in a position to debate it here, Mr. Comartin. I know there are members of both the family and the criminal bar who have said it would be a good thing to have more. I also wonder, when the criminal bar is talking about an Askov situation, given that 98% of criminal matters are in fact dealt with at the provincial court level, not at the superior court level...it would seem to me it's more likely that is where the pressure is coming from. But I cannot absolutely specify.
