I'll have to verify this, but from memory, I think some of the spending that was lagging behind--there was money allocated that hadn't been spent--was largely for crime prevention money, which was Public Safety money, not the Department of Justice money. But I'll verify that for you and we'll write to the chairman with the updated information.
