If a reference to the Supreme Court, as suggested by Professor Lowman isn't on—and it's pretty clear from the minister that it's not on and we hear from Professor Benedet that there may well be other good reasons that is not on—what can we expect in the medium term? I'm going to ask you to assume a couple of things. I'm going to ask you to assume that when the minister says he's open to amendments, he isn't, and that this bill is going to pass as it currently is. I expect at the next stage there will be a challenge. Take us through what happens from there.
