At the end of the legislative process, the summary is not there, so we don't have a vote to amend the summary. However, I assume that, as a committee, we could go back to the drafters and ask that the summary be revised to the extent that it's ever used again, in consequence of the amendment changing the words “mental disorder” to “mental condition”.
