Madam Chair, my integrity is being impugned by Mr. Moore, and I take great umbrage with that comment.
I guarded my words and used them very judiciously in this committee and in the previous committee. If there is a person who was reprimanded in this committee, it is actually Mr. Moore's colleague, Mr. Cooper, which you did in your ruling and which I found very edifying.
Thank you very much, but I regret the implication. I'm not trying to do through the back door what cannot be done through the front door.
