I understand that there's the matter of the Bourbonnais decision. I don't want to go back over that, but, apart from that decision, don't you think it would have been appropriate to ask certain justice department lawyers to examine all the cases and information from the Supreme Court and other courts? This seems to be an important issue in the public's mind.
Wouldn't it have been appropriate to consider the possibility of examining the case law?
