Mayor, you said publicly that “I support the federal government's action through Bill C-14 to strengthen bail and sentencing laws”.
Can you explain to us in more detail why you believe these reforms are urgently needed, as you've said a couple of times here today, and why specifically you believe that the reforms are imminent?
