Ms. Landolt told us that rehabilitation isn't possible for Kimberly Proctor's killers. When I look at what happened, I tend to agree with her. Although I do believe in rehabilitation, I do think there may be people who can't be rehabilitated.
Would you agree that rehabilitation isn't always possible? If so, what do we do with those people?
