How about the abuse of non-profit organizations or charities for terrorist financing? For example, in open media reports, there is a suggestion that the Canadian Palestinian Foundation sent monies to the Inash Al-Usra Association charity, which the CRA itself says is connected to Hamas, yet the Canadian Palestinian Foundation remains a registered charity in Quebec.
