My point, Chair, is that if this motion was put on notice—which I agree, to Mr. Julian's point, is an important fact—then he is in a very strong position in terms of being able to move the motion. However, it is not in the minutes. We should have accurate minutes, as members, so we know what motions to expect. Certainly my expectation coming here was that this motion was not on notice, because it was not in the minutes.
