The lack of a CBSA-bonded licence or customs licence.... It's impossible to move forward without it, but that's not the only challenge. We also need to make sure that we bring in the right marine infrastructure and that we have the right model for loading and unloading containers, just so that we can create a sustainable, cost-effective model. CBSA is the biggest roadblock. Nothing moves without a CBSA-bonded facility, but that's not a silver bullet where as soon as that's done, everything is just going to start to flow. We have lots of other work.
We're delighted to see the trade diversification corridors fund in place now, and some potential for investment that will help us build that infrastructure.
