Mr. Speaker, I would like to ask the Secretary of State for Parliamentary Affairs if this bill is presented in the same form as passed in previous years.

Mr. Speaker, the appropriations requested in the bill are intended to meet all the basic requirements of the public service of Canada until June 31, 1995. The bill does not appropriate the total amount for any item, and the bill has the customary format of interim supply bills. I can assure the hon. member that the bill is in the same form as passed in previous years.
