Mr. Speaker, I rise on a point of order. We are having a bit of an issue hearing the translation when you are reading the motions in French. It is not because the translation is not working. It is just a matter of the volume, so perhaps by my raising this point of order, it will be noted by the technical staff and the volume can be brought up. We are having difficulty actually hearing your voice at those times.

I thank the hon. member for Chilliwack—Hope for raising this. We will try to make sure that the volume is corrected and see if it is any different on the round after the next one, which will probably be in English. In the round after that we want to make sure that all members are able to hear, in the language of their choice, what the instructions are. That is important.
