All complaints and all whistle-blowing within the sports system should remain there and prevented from entering each province's public justice system Quebec's justice system is different from Ontario's. Oversight by Sport Canada, when there is any, is substantial. Without any context and a lack of familiarity with the community, it's easy to approve a document without asking any questions.
