I know this question was posed to the ambassador, but I would also be interested in hearing your thoughts on it, on the effectiveness of the sanctions that have been placed upon Russia. You hear some experts say that they've been effective. You hear others say that their economy is still as strong as ever. In your opinion, how effective have the sanctions been?
