I do, because Mr. Comartin, with great respect, refers us to clauses 1 to 4. The bill we have in front of us has clauses 1, 2, 4, and 5. So the motion doesn't match the bill we have in front of us. If Mr. Comartin wishes to change his motion to read “clauses 1, 2, 4, and 5”, then his motion would match the bill.
