First of all, we do a report for the executive committee every month, and what we do is this. The first time we tell them that if they do this again, they're going to have the authority taken away. If they do it a second time, they're given training.

You also gave a cheque for $6,000 to charity. Was that RCMP money?

It was RCMP money that they had raised through a charity tournament. They asked me to go out and present the cheque and do a speech for the Cancer Society at the same time.
