Mr. Chair, this time, I can say that the format of the bill has changed. It has changed in such a way as to list the organizations in alphabetical order, as they are listed in the supplementary estimates. The change is a result of comments issued by the Standing Committee on Government Operations and Estimates as part of its scrutiny of estimates and supply.
