Your statement that 900 persons were arrested and then the charges were withdrawn is simply not true. The charges were withdrawn against the 60 or so persons who were arrested in that gymnasium. But when I say that what you're saying is not correct, it's your extrapolation that this same set of facts pertains to the 900, and that's simply not true.
