C-23 An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act and other Acts and to make consequential amendments to certain Acts
That Bill C-23, in Clause 5, be amended
(a) by replacing line 6 on page 6 with the following:
“Chief Electoral Officer within 20 days after the”
(b) by replacing line 20 on page 6 with the following:
“subsection (5) within 65 days after the day on”
(c) by replacing line 22 on page 6 with the following:
“65-day period coincides or overlaps with the”
(d) by replacing line 25 on page 6 with the following:
“65 days after polling day for that election.”
