C-13 An Act to amend the Criminal Code (criminal procedure, language of the accused, sentencing and other amendments)

That the motion be amended by deleting the words “agrees with amendments numbered 2, 4, 5 and 6” and substituting therefore the words “agrees with amendments numbered 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6” and by deleting the paragraph commencing with the words “disagrees with amendment numbered 1”.
