Yes, I think the same problem exists in English. It wasn't a supplementary report, it was a dissenting report.

I'm not sure if Mr. Lukiwski probably had the same thing I was going to talk about.

Conservative

The Chair Conservative Joe Preston

Mr. Lukiwski.

Tom Lukiwski Conservative Regina—Lumsden—Lake Centre, SK

My point is that we have to amend this because the report states that the dissenting report—this is called a “supplementary” report—is “prepared by the Conservative Party of Canada”. It was not. It was prepared by the government members on the committee, not the Conservative Party of Canada.

The Chair Conservative Joe Preston

The report states it as “a supplementary report prepared by the Conservative Party of Canada”, attached to the report.

So I know where they got the words. It may not be correct, but that's where the words came from.

I know, but that's what it says, so I'm not worried about it.

Tom Lukiwski Conservative Regina—Lumsden—Lake Centre, SK

It would be the government members sitting on the committee who prepared the report, would it not?

12:20 p.m.

Conservative

The Chair Conservative Joe Preston

Yes, it would be.

An hon. member

It doesn't matter.

There's the question about “supplementary” or “dissenting”.

12:20 p.m.

Conservative

The Chair Conservative Joe Preston

It says “supplementary”, so we're going to sit there, I think.

All in favour of paragraph 11, as changed?

Some hon. members
