Mr. Chairman, this is directly relevant to the motions which would be excluded by Mr. Menzies' motion. We cannot say there would be no repercussions if we passed this motion. There are direct consequences for the textile and apparel industries, as well as for the motion already before the Committee.
Mr. Chairman, it is very clear that these motions are important and that they must be considered.
