Madam Chair, why can't we have it in there and just stipulate that we will not use this if there is a debate resolution, but if there's no response from PROC and we have to go, this is where we're going?
Basically, it's very simple. He has made the motion. I think we'll all agree that if we can't get anything resolved with our letter to PROC, then that's the way we're going to have to go, right?
