C-9 An Act to amend the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, 1992

That the motion be amended by deleting all the words after the word “That” and substituting the following: “Bill C-9, An Act to amend the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, 1992, be not now read a third time, but be referred back to the Standing Committee on Transport, Infrastructure and Communities for the purpose of reviewing Clause 5.2 with a view to reviewing the procedures on security clearances.”.
