C-38 An Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on March 29, 2012 and other measures

That Bill C-38, in Clause 86, be amended by replacing line 32 on page 112 with the following:

“V, except sections 74, 76 to 78, 108, 110 to 111.3,”
