I want to pursue this to this extent...and Mr. Auger, you may wish to advise him on this. It would be normal to make a request under the rules of procedure in Ontario in that type of lawsuit to seek that information from the opposite side, in writing--not necessarily in direct questioning, but in writing. What I'm asking is, did you do that in the Ontario lawsuit?

He also was able to provide us with some documentation that appears to contradict your testimony. Specifically, he provided us with a document that is apparently a description of the consulting agreement you had with Brian Mulroney. This is the same document that you filed in an affidavit in November of last year, and it is also the same document that you provided to this committee. So I presume you're familiar with the document.
