That the motion be amended by deleting all the words after the words “April 22, 2016;” and substituting the following:

“and that the House call upon the federal government, the provinces, and the territories to develop a responsible plan to combat climate change that does not encroach on provincial or territorial jurisdiction or impose a tax increase on Canadians”.
